About

Veronica has been teaching piano for a decade. She specializes in utilizing music theory, pattern recognition, and elementary math to break music down and make learning a new piece simple.

Ideal students not only want to take piano lessons, but also have time to practice for at least 15-30 minutes, five days a week.

Veronica firmly believes in finding multiple ways to teach the same concept to ensure every student is able to grasp important information without fitting themselves into a box. She adores teaching adults of all ages, teens, and school-aged children. No one is the wrong age to start a life-long love of piano.

As a self-proclaimed “hobby teacher”, Veronica pushes and encourages students to grow and meet challenges, but she also knows that fun and enjoyment are necessary. Children will be introduced to a sticker-based rewards system for small achievements.

Veronica is a daughter and granddaughter of public school teachers, and the great-granddaughter of a performing pianist. Her love of music and teaching come together to create engaging and productive piano lessons. Her goal is to find the balance between learning and joy.
